Rindy Barnes is a native San Diegan and earned degrees in Math and Computer Science at UC Santa Cruz. She stayed up in the Bay Area for 10 years as a Software QA Engineer during the huge Dot Com era working for numerous major computer corporations.
Rindy returned back home to San Diego in 1999 and moved to North County Inland area to raise her boys. Staying at home and on a limited budget began her passion for remodeling her own home and many Do-It-Yourself projects. Loving the process and seeing the transformation of a home change into something worth more gave Rindy the bug. As time and money would allow while volunteering in the community and raising her children, she and her spouse began investing in real estate. Managing the properties herself, she has been lucky to have excellent tenant - landlord relationships. Rindy was a licensed real estate agent for 10 years and now a Real Estate broker. She remains an Associate Broker to the Halcyon Real Estate Services team. She thrives on working with her clients, finding great real estate investments and helping them to become a profitable and maintainable investment. She takes pride in giving individualized time with her clients when buying or selling their homes and rental properties. Rindy also has recent experience in land development projects like ADUs and is also the owner of her own Brokerage - SuperHost Realty which will provide assistance to short term rental owners in cohosting / managing their properties.
