Sheri’s expertise comes from being an accomplished businesswoman with an extensive background in Real Estate and Finance. Besides being a Licensed Realtor, she owns a number of businesses, including a successful real estate accounting practice.
It’s no wonder Sheri loves Real Estate. Born a 4th Generation Native Californian, Sheri grew up moving and traveling in a Military Family. She learned first-hand what it takes to move, search for, and sell homes. In fact, that started her love for Real Estate: living all over the world, moving every 3 years; Sheri loved how her Mom could make each new house feel like home. When they moved, she began to look forward to the house hunt! The new adventures! The opportunities! Having lived all over California, Japan, Virginia, England and New Orleans, she understands first-hand how overwhelming – and EXCITING buying and selling homes can be. After graduating from SDSU, Sheri worked as a CPA with Deloitte Touche on Guam. She had a number of Real Estate clients, and eventually went into private practice.
After meeting her Husband on Guam, and having 2 children, Sheri and her husband brought their family back to Southern California and settled in Poway to raise their family - She loves the San Diego neighborhoods and communities.
Now, after traveling the World and settling down, Sheri is thrilled to help clients navigate the World of Real Estate. She specializes in managing all aspects of the Real Estate lifecycle – from helping a first- time buyer navigate the waters of both home ownership - and a sizable investment - to helping empty nesters downsize and find the right community.
