Combining the newest technology with proven traditional strategies, our goal is to market your property to get you the most visibility and, therefore, best price. With 90% of buyers starting their search online, your own website with multiple video links, professional pictures, and social media (Twitter and Pinterest) will also be developed along with our broker website and of course, the MLS. The MLS now will distribute your listing to hundreds of sites including Zillow, Homes.com, and Redfin. Traditionally, Open House invites to the neighborhood, beautiful brochures, broker caravans, and other print media will also be utilized in order to maximize your home's visibility.

My extensive knowledge of Poway and other Poway Unified School District neighborhoods comes from many volunteering hours in the community: Current chairman of the City of Poway's Budget Advisory Committee , 5 Years with Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee, 5 years as President of the Poway Sports Association, 19 times as Room Parent (PUSD Schools) and more as coach and team parent! Living in Poway for 19 years and raising my family here, I am fortunate to have built a network of families who make Poway special. Because of this, I am able to help new families integrate into the community. I also love to connect the dots. If you are thinking about moving, I may already know someone who would be interested in your home. There are many families in Poway looking to "move up" or down-size. I am fortunate to work with growing families and empty nesters.

My father was in the Army which moved our family 8 times not only in the US but to Europe (twice). Understanding how moving affects the entire family, my goal is to ease the transition to the best of my ability. By listening to my clients and being proactive in the process, my objective is to anticipate any issues and jump through any hurdles to ensure a successful transaction and positive experience.

Now is the time to invest in real estate! With prices and interest rates still low, there are very attractive opportunities available. The vacancy rate is 2.5 percent (normal is 7%) and there are areas in San Diego that are going through exciting redevelopment. Having personal experience with investment property and dealing with Section 8 and other government programs, I am a resource for those with similar interests. For the best positive cash flow, areas such as National City are giving remarkable returns. Areas to look to flip are Imperial Beach and North Park which are the new up-and-coming hot spots!
