John is a fourth generation San Diegan, a graduate of Saint Augustine High School and the University of San Diego. John has lived in the Poway Unified School District since 1988 settling in Poway in 1996 with his wife Ginger. Successfully raising three children in Poway through the PUSD system and contributing over 17 years coaching youth baseball, softball, football and soccer including multiple stints on youth league boards has given John a great perspective of the value of choosing the right community to call home.
